Yeah... the title is about the last book of Twillight series "Breaking Dawn"... Half-finished...

GJ is besides, sleeping soundly... (Still sleeping huh... -__-) Yah he is at my house now, waiting for him to wake up... Wake up you sleepy head!!! !!!

Well well, I really do not have the time to update my blog recently... Due to school reopens, major tests, project, spending more time with GJ, friends etc...

Time flies high man... My marital status had upgraded from "Single" to "Married" since 25.04.09 last month, which is nearly one month ago...! Recalling the happiest moments of our lives now... Damn busy and tired throughout these whole ROM thingy but it was really worth it... ;D I felt a sense of completeness, marked a blissful stop to our 6 Years 2 Months 11 Days of our courtship days.

We really thanked to our families and peers who rendered their priceless assistance, especially our friend Eugene, who was our photographer and chauffeur, he helped us so much during the first 2 days in the chalet. He is very creative and we love the photos soooooo much!!!

And another couple that we are really grateful for: Rongqiang & Zhenzhi. Without you guys, our half decoration will not be completed (Really not enough time to do sia). We really love the "I Love U" table that Zhenzhi decorated for us. :)

Counting down to 25th April 2009

Yup, counting down to my ROM on 25th April 2009... Soooo busy with ROM preparations!!! So many things to settle! So many things to buy! Been bickering with GJ over preparation matters! Just for one special day...

Been hanging out with Woeiling and Huifang for badminton, dinners and minor shopping for my ROM decoration this week.

Our dinner @ Buckerloo on Monday (Near Sembawang Beach), it is a bungalow style cafe and the food were.... DELICIOUS!!! But Woeiling also very "delicious" to the mosquitoes there... She was being attacked FURIOUSLY. Poor Woeiling -_-'' I did not bring along my camera, so Huifang was our photographer of the day keke.

Huifang's recommendation, mushroom soup in a bread bun (edible bowl)!!! So unique... Drink the soup and also can eat up the "bowl" hahaha...

Our starter, nacho chips to dip with with cheese, mayo, salsa sauce and green chilies, love the display as the plate is a shape of a hat! If you notice... And Woeiling loved it...!

Left: Our buffalo wings, we ordered "level 2 - Volcano"... Damn spicy... Huifang's face turned red, Woeiling - No feeling, no kick. LOL... They have up to "level 10", I cannot imagine if we order that...........................

Right: Main course - Hawaiian Pizza. They chose... My favourite choice of pizza as always. :)

Kekeke, this week only work for 4 days. Went to Woeiling's house on the Good Friday to burn the wedding songs for my ROM. She got soooooooooooo many songs, all types man... Be it romantic, R&B, techno, sentimental, mandarin, english, japanese, hokkien, cute, even russia song... you name it. @.@ Then we met Huifang at Sembawang Shopping Centre for dinner and shopped around.

I and GJ ate MOF AGAIN at Suntec yesterday... You know why?

Initially we wanted to eat steamboat there but the restaurant closed down so we went to the newly opened Chinese restaurant. We came first and the lady asked us to wait awhile then a couple who came later than us (confirmed they did not make any reservation as they also told them "two person please"), got a seat immediately, there were plently of seats and we still have to wait ?! And we so pissed off and walked away!

The curry looked nice but I don't like the taste, Ichiban Sushi's curry katsu taste better....

Suntec MOF compared with SSC and Bugis, I still preferred SSC and Bugis one. Actually we ordered the same chicken wings but tasted not as good as the SSC one.

Been watching korean drama - Lucifer (aka Devil).

My colleague lent it to me, the drama is about a very detailed and brilliant revenge plot, a man who used to be a kind soul, became a lawyer and seek revenges for the murder of his elder brother that occurred 12 years ago. He is so handsome..... Shall eleborate more on it as I'm rushing for time!!! I need to go out now to arrange stuff for my ROM again..... CYA!!!

Bad Luck Bad Luck ~ Go Away Soon...!

YoZ!!! Missed my bloggy!!!

Lappy was away for 1 week "vacation" at GJ's house...

Been down on luck recently, Sigh... Again, I gotta said "This is life man" When bad luck aura strikes, sure have something that is frustrating and idiotic to crop up suddenly and everything will fails to be in a order. GeeZ... It will be over... soon ya?

I really love to blog as I will pen down every little happy thing to be remembered even though when some sad stuff gets me down a little sometimes. Happy-go-lucky Ade!!!! :)

Ok, let's talk about the 26 March - Thursday badminton session with Huifang and Woeiling. Only 3 of us so we must either "sisccors paper stone" and "o ar bay ar soon" to decide which 2 to against 1. I damn sway loh, kept hitting the jackpot "The One" to fight both of them hahaha... Played against them damn tiring and head spined hard. In the end, the loser (me lah) must run 2 rounds as punishment... -__-' It was sooo fun and hilarious though~

Our aim is to burn some fats but guess what???
After badminton, we munched away Woeiling's big packets of tibits at Huifang's home watched TV shows... I think the fats lost previously, had returned back to us (no doubt)Wahahaha!!!

The next day, I met Huifen for dinner at Ding Tai Fong (Her favourite) and shopping in Orchard. We shared our recent love lives blah blah blah. Initially I told myself cannot spend money, must scrimp and save a little. She went for express manicure + pedicure at Far East Plaza and I went shopped around there while waiting for her. Happily, I walked around and walked past La Reine, My favourite heels store. Something caught my attention. I saw: 20 to 30 percent discount!! Damn! I could not resist and bumped in straight away. So sinful... I bought 2 heels... Haha Huifen was shocked to see my carrier bags after her mani pedi session as I told her I wanna save money beforehand...

The following are the sales girl's recommendation:

I really love this green heels, I looked tall and good on it :) I never had a 4 inch green heels before. Always bought either black and white colours (so boring).
(GJ's friend kept praising me on wearing this, will elaborate on this on later part of the entry.)

Fancied the side ribbon and the minimal orange lining prints on the white surface. :)

Spotted: Bought this Black Chiffon dress at This Fashion during lunch. I love the material, it has a soft, elegant feel and its damn cheap!! $15 only! Wahahaha I love black dresses.

I met GJ after that. Of course he complained I spent money on worthless sales again~ He was at chalet with his colleagues, I met up with them and they are damn crappy, extremely funny guys, kept teasing us non-stop. They kinda like me, the topic was totally about me, kept praising me jokingly in a "dirty joke" manner like "nice ass", "nice legs" with sexy heels etc and made me laughed the whole night, to be frank I think I'm not that conservative type coz if I were, I surely will be offended hahaha... They also said GJ is lucky to be able to marry me. GJ just kept quiet and laughed. But they don't know his woes that I'm actually a spendthrift and sassy girlfriend MUHAHA.... We left at 3am plus and stayed out the whole night then went home in the morning. Surprisingly, my mum did not say anything. I guess she finally realised I'm such a big girl now huh. :)

Weekends nothing much. Bought a book "Confessions of a Shopaholic"!! So engrossed in reading it, it makes me laugh about the shopaholic girl spent her money on fashion, in debts etc keke. It kinda my cup of tea. Funny funny!

It's my leisure past-time now. Muacks.

"Huifang, I will pass to you after I finished the book. Please pass me the Twilight book too!!!!"

Yep, Twilight!! The DVD is out in stores. GJ and I rented it on Saturday, I really obsessed with the vampire, Edward Cullen!!!!! Mesmerised.... He got a unique charm, damn charming!!!

Recent updates, preparation for ROM blah blah blah

GeeZ. Very cold recently, I'm having flu and sinus kinda often lately & currently ---> "Aaaaa... Choooo!!!" -_-

Caught up with "Nen" and Ping on last Friday evening for steamboat buffet at Bugis area. The steamboat shop looks like just newly opened. The food variety are quite little compared with other steamboat competitors but still , we ate heartily and stomachs almost bursted hahaha! We talked and updated about our recent life, be it happy or sad encounters. Everytime we hang out, we are always so happy together :)

We cooked until the wok BURNT HAHAHA! No wonder we smelled something "Chao Ta"!

Have started to prepare for our ROM thingy... It is fixed on 25 April 2009 (Saturday).

Had booked the Aloha Resort for the venue... Sourcing for buffet is the next thing and ... Shall I engaged a florist to decorate the venue?

After the supper, met up with GJ and his old friends at OCC for pool and billard. His friends are soooo funny and crappy! Made me laugh like mad sia... A Fun Lot!

OLDER UPDATE....
Went fish spa while GJ was prawning on the Sunday before exams... Funny and ticklish experience! Legs damn smooth after the 30 minutes "fish biting", but I'm having some side effects right now (Been a week) as I noticed some red, brown patches appearing on my legs... Gonna wait and see whether it will go away soon...? :(

Saturday - nothing much. Accompanied GJ to stay at his home, he cooked our dinner heeZ.

Today, we went to meet Ah Choy for pool and dinner. I won "Our Pool Guru", AC, one match! I nearly won another time leh! Damn happy keke... GJ kept praising me that I improved so much.

Cheeky GJ secret snapped me via using my handphone in train earlier....

I had a simple Valentine's Day with GJ yesterday. :)

Went over to one of my favourite restaurants, Spageddies Italian Restaurant @ Paragon for dinner~ We ordered my usual Crayfish Parmigiana spagettti and his Fish and Chicken Combo set~ We didn't order the V day special as the starter and maincourse don't look that appetising to us... Too bad I forgot to take photos during our dinner...sniff... Nevertheless, we enjoyed the satisfying dinner together. ^^

GJ bought 2 bouquets of puppies toys (instead of flowers...) for me! I LOVE it sooooo much!!!!! He is kinda a practical guy, he said flowers are so unpractical and will wilter fast... (-__-') True lah... But flowers certainly do make woman go gaga.... And I always complained he is not romantic LOL....

We didn't really celebrate Valentine's day for the past 3 years, maybe due to the major tiff on the night before, so he want to make me happy~? Well, of coz I'm HAPPY! ^_^

During the later part of CNY, as like usual years, I went to my and GJ relatives' houses. Went to his bud's baby full month celebration on the second day, his friend's baby boy is so cuteeeee! I accompanied him to his peers' "CNY gambling dens" too... muhaha... GJ won quite alot...!

There was a "bai nian" day for me and my buds Woeiling and Huifang which falled on a Saturday~

They came to my house "bai nian" first and we took alot of funny photos together HAHAHA!

After a short stay at my house, we went over to "makan" @ Sembawang Shopping Centre. I ate my lunch TWICE. Opps, damn sinful... @_@ Then proceeded to WL's house to play mahjong <--- Did I spelled correctly huh??

It was my first time playing mahjong and WL is my mentor kekeke! Thanks to my beginner's luck and WL's help, I won 4 bucks (we played 20 - 40 cents) Mahjong is damn fun!!! :D Geez, I gonna bug my dad to teach me more of mahjong!

The last stop was at HF's house, we played "Ban Lat" and guess what? I lost all my money of the day including the 2 angbaos HAHAHA! The big winner was HF's bf JJ! Anyway, we had great fun playing and kept laughing non-stop! ^^

The title above was what GJ said to me earlier. It's definitely knocked some senses. That's very sad. I've been living in my own world for 6 years till today? GJ, I feel sorry for you to face a person like me.

We're still fine, just need some time to cool down and sort things out. Thanks to my close friends' advices, greatly appreciated~

2 weeks school holidays !!! Yipeeeee~

Recently been really very busy shopping for X'mas presents for my peers and colleagues!

Aw man, Orchard and Bugis was damn overcrowded during the weekends, gave me massive headache, nauseous and dizzy feeling while walking through the thick crowds... @_@

The coming X'mas week will be a short one, only need to work for 2.5 days~ Company X'mas celebration is on the eve! Looking forward to it and also tomorrow's early celebration with Huifen and Shuping!!! Ladies, I missed you! :D

Been browsing my wardrobe... I guess I will be wearing this simple dress for our dinner?

After slacked for half a day at home and not a single tinge of motivation to revise the school test, sinful Ade decided to meet GJ and their old friend, AC, at Marina Square.

GJ NEVER wear a watch before as he don't really like... but he will be wearing with me from now on muhahaha...

I've been "attacked"!!!

They are my worst enemies at the moment.

Dammit. My weight rose from 43 kg to 47 kg ... !!! Flabby arms, tummy bulging out, buttock fat fat... OMG I can't believe that... I noticed my metabolism had a sudden, tremendous drop in recent months...

Guess what? My black office pants's button BURSTED (last 2 weeks back) HAHAHA Tummy fats overloaded!

Mum and GJ has been nagging and nagging at me... Untill I really cannot stand it... Finally this morning, I decided to dig my Ten-Year-Old Para Para Paradise dance VCD. It was a craze during my secondary school days... So, I happily danced for almost two hours. It's kinda effective for a lazy bum like me as this type of exercise is not so boring and made me sweats alot ha! Shall continue this tomorrow and every weekend. (Erm, I hope so...)

Monday will be having a major test on Management Accounting, the most hated subject in this semester. I'm still happily blogging and fooling around now... -__-'' Lazy aura continue to surrounds. (Goner~)

ARRGGGHHHHH.... Words cannot describe my current " damn insecure" feelings...

I simply LOVE my camera. I carry it out almost everyday even I did not have the chance to use it, I will be just happy to look at it. Even though there are latest, newer, slimmer, greater megal-pixel cameras out in current market and yes, I may upgrade to change my camera from 7.1 mega-pixel to 10.1 mega-pixel in near future, BUT WHAT MATTERS IS NOW. My heart feels DAMN pain...

GJ kinda pissed off with me. He told me off by saying if I feel so unreluctant to lend, why nod my head and said yes in the first place? I know I'm selfish to regret now but he WON'T understand how I feel... Morever, the borrower is his own elder brother. I just feel like ranting at GJ now... Why is he so angry with me now?! WTF. I see how long he can ignore me now. HUMPH!!! I just dropped him a sms saying "Are you still alive?"

Just a recent example ~ Our economy recession/downturn lah... Strike like a lightning and heard it will be like this for at least two years before the recovery stage. Must scrimp and save, cannot anyhow spend so much money...

Friday Night ~ Angela's Wedding Dinner

Hello ~ I'm (my lappy) back again! Blog first! Here I go...

I attended Angela's Wedding Dinner at Sentosa Siloso (Rasa Sentosa Resort Shangri La) with my friends: Yvonne, Yvonne's bf, Shujuan, Guek Ling, Feilin, Victor, Benjamin, Kevin and Jeff (aka Andy) last night~

The banquet held (Namely ~ The Pavilion) there was grand, romantic atmosphere but it's abit far haha... The journey via the coach from Cityhall to Sentosa was kinda long.

Oh my~ Angela is soooo gorgeous and beautiful while her husband Derrick is suave! Their wedding video was professionally shot like a movie with romantic love songs played along... Our gathering group photo was also shown in the video haha... We all love the shark fin soup served, very thick and tasted so satisfying...! The cordfish was also my favourite dish of the night... Well, we are so happy for her ^_^

Manicure ~ Early Night Rest...

Deprived of sleep recently... Damn forgetful, forgot what to blog... Sigh... Aging process speeding up, old already... LOL... Okok, will go straight to bed after this.

Well lets talk about the latest thing on my mind right now - Went for a express manicure at Nail Palace (Tanjong Pagar Branch - near my office) as Angela's wedding dinner is approaching on this Friday! I always love the service there, the staff are very simple and friendly people. Mostly from Malaysia and China (I guess...)

Today, I was served by a young china lady. As there are sooo many colours to choose and I was spoilt for choices, she is very patient and let me test a few colours on my nails. She recommended a dark red base with sliver glitter for matching with my black dress. So I opted for it~

My first time applying such a dark tone colour but overall I like it. :)

I will miss my long white nails temporarily, bye bye.....

Now can see better with strong light... (refer below)

I did not opt for a pedicure as my toe nails are "blue-black", disgusting, hopeless and beyond cure! Therefore it is not worthy for me to spend $20 on that, no way...!

A hard day at work and tiring study at school today... I scored 20 out of 25 marks for school IT test earlier... Passed, haha... Phew... Met HF and WL at YCK Mrt station earlier after my school, they past by, waited for me there and we went home together, so nice. :)

My Saturday - A happy, peaceful weekend spent! Stayed out with GJ until 6am+ (Sunday morning) then reached home... We shopped around in Bugis, intending to buy a new dress for Angela's wedding dinner on this Friday but I fancied none of the designs... Sad >.< But still managed to buy something ~ Shiseido Eyelash Curler!

(Price: $16.20 at Sasa, love it!)

And Sunday - Settled my dinner at GJ's house and we proceeded to prawn fishing! Feel very satisfied hahaha as I hooked up more than 10 prawns that day, 2 of them are big big ones!!! Got one uncle (prawning beside us) praised me that I'm good. ^_^ Going again on this weekend (without fail... LOL)

Now feeling hungry as I only ate a sandwich for dinner *sniff* , sleeping to "cover" the hunger feeling wahaha!

Opened the Outlook Express, GHOSH... Over 400+ emails waiting for me to clear and lots of phonecalls today. But still, my mood is good. Maybe I just simply like working. ^_^

Due to my lappy MIA for 2 days (At GJ's hse...) Now finally back with some updatings:

Nothing much. Went to play pool with GJ and his friend Alan at Toa Payoh central.

Monday, Deepavali (27/10)

Early spring-cleaning of my entire bedroom from 11.30am to 5.00pm (WTH). OMG I was so drained man...! I threw out alot of old stuff and trash, the rubbish occupied 1 quarter space of my room! That's alot and the sight of it scared off my mum and my brother... GJ kept calling and complaining... He was too bored staying at home. Finally when I done, we went prawn fishing (again again again)...

Happy + Sad ~ A Long Weekend!

Wednesday was a happy and sad day.

Happy factor: Played badminton with Woeiling, Huifang and JJ aka Huifang's darling! Sweat like hell man... But it's a great sweat-out! Very fun and enjoyable session! Love you girls!
P.S: "I swear I won't wear zip short for badminton again! Huifang and Woeiling will know why, right? LOL!" :D

Sad factor: GJ was not happy that I hanged out late (Safety issues)... Had a major row with him for 2 days... (-______-,)

I thought I will go straight home after work on Friday. It was nearly 6.00pm and was feeling very bored... until... suddenly, my handphone rang... It's Woeiling! Hehe! We ate our dinner at Causeway Point (KFC again haha), chit-chatted and walked around till 9pm+ Met GJ after his lesson.... End of Friday.

Initially, GJ and I intended to go prawn fishing after the celebration but it ended around 9pm+. Abit late so we stayed home, I stayed home for the entire day on weekend huh.... LOL That's rare...

Today I met a candidate at my office to sign agency letter as my client want to employ her. To my atonishment, she bought me cakes from Coffeebean! One Tiramisu and One Cheesecake~ Wow I was surprised! I also received a box of Ferrero Roche from a candidate before. Really appreciated their kind gestures! I'm happy not because of their gifts but is the satisfaction gained! Thanks anyway! :D The cakes will be my breakfast for tomorrow. :)

As for tomorrow, will be meeting Huifang and Woei Ling for badminton session. Stay Tuned!

Went Raffles City Shopping Centre and look below what I had bought! Anna Sui Oil Control Paper + Case! Saw my colleague's one, It's sooo nice and dolly!!! It's soooo irresistible!!! So... $$$ bought it ^^

We stayed until nearly 4.00am then shared cabby home.

Mid Week ~ Moon is Full & Bright Today...

Teehe~ Its Wednesday! No lessons, able to rest today after work... Just finished watching 溏心風暴(Series 1), Episode 23. Borrowed it from my classmate WC, got to return him before end of this year~ It's a nice hongkong drama... Some of my colleagues are already watching the Series 2 of this drama... Opps, I still have sooo many episodes left to finish up, 加油 haha! :D

Spent 3 hours Prawn Fishing (again) on Saturday, at Bishan, Nature Park Beer Garden. I think I really addicted to Prawn Fishing recently! ^_^ This leisure past-time can actually build up my patience! o.O

After 2 hours plus, we were struggling and getting bored as suddenly we don't seem to be able to catch any prawn... ....until the last 20 minutes, we realized our fishing hook became crooked... No wonder when we pulled up each time, the prawns got away... T_T

GJ and I ate the combo meals (see above), though the food don't look appetizing, nor very appealing but the taste was actually nice, the fries were not oily at all. The restaurant have a little buffet corner, we can feel free to take soups, salads, pasta, ice-cream, fruits, chips, vegetables, meat etc etc... We ate cream of mushroom soups, crabmeat salad, chips, alot of fruits, vanilla and chocolate ice-cream, ham, broccoli + our main courses.

Our monthly gathering - 1 October (PH), met Huifang and Woeiling to shop! The title of "Shopping Champion of The Day" goes to........... our shopping queen, Ms Hong Huifang Felicia...!!! Wahaha! Round of applauds! Congrats!!! She can buy at least 1 item at almost every shop that we stepped into... Impressive!!! I was like.... "Wah!!!" Three girls shopped until drop hahaha! Very shag man....

Around 7 plus, we bidded goodbye to each other and I joined GJ and AC to dine at Ang Mo Kio. Spotted this pink checkered Puma bag at Wallet Linc~ Ang Mo Kio Hub. Earlier, Woeiling spotted the same design but different shape at Takashimaya.

Back to work on 2 October. My colleagues and I went to my boss's condo to swim, exercise, steam and suana. Nice sweat-out and hanging out, we also went to Pizza Hut for dinner. :)

Just passed my Hatch Day yesterday... Received angbaos from mum and brother keke. Time flies... What's my birthday wish?? Well, I hope to be happy and healthy always! Thanks everyone for all the birthday greetings! ^_^ Surprising... Some of the senders are long old friends and acquaintances that I really unexpected! Haha thanks anyway!

GJ cooked a simple dinner for me yesterday. I must praise him here that the taste was wonderful especially the tiger prawns and fried rice~!!! YUMMY! I guess I really underestimated his skill LOL... Initially he want to cook crayfish instead of prawns, unfortunately Sheng Song uncle told him crayfish are out of stock for a few days. We ate it at Sembawang Beach and I ate alot, so full.

Wonder there's a wide gap between us? Actually we were very naughty hahaha! *Grin* The centre of attraction was not us but the couple behind us, especially the girl.

Here's the gossip goes like:

When we reach there, she was "riding" on top of the guy..... She was wearing a short dress, she climbed on top, sway... I saw her flesh underneath *Gross* We saw alot of the people there laughing and gossiping at them, some even stared angrily at them as I think they were drunk and kept dancing, french kissing and swaying around, disturbing the rest.

The worst volka combination I ever drink *PUKE*

We asked for the drink menu and this petite lady told us "No menu anymore, just tell us what you guys want, we will try our best to mix the drinks for you." I told her i want VOLKA RIBENA and she repeated our orders.

In the end, came a VOLKA RED BULL (see above)................... She denied its her hearing problem and insisted I said Red Bull *pissed*, shooted somemore they don't have ribena in house. How to "try their best" and mix the drinks for us without this and without that? Then I think they should better launch a menu soon.

Mum just told me I am "allowed" to go travelling ~ It seems like a good news for me! But... she got 2 conditions:

Rule No. 1) MUST follow guided tour/s

Rule No. 2) MUST go with friends, boyfriend can join but CANNOT go alone with boyfriend unless officially married

Lazy Update...

Got to know my exam results yesterday, I passed all! Got 2 B+, 1 B and 1 C, phew (cold sweat)~

So envious of my brother, he is going to Hong Kong later at 3am+. If only I was born as a son, I will be entittled to entire freedom, can go travelling around and let my parents worry less. Sometimes really felt that it was so unfair being a daughter, cannot stay overnight, cannot go travel but I understand my parents are worry and cares a lot for me. Used to it... I got to wait until when I get married, can you imagine I must wait till that day comes? How pathetic...

Just "forced" myself to apply a facial mask, find that I really aged alot compared year after year. I really very lazy to take care of my appearance... Hack care... But I bound to regret if I still don't do anything. While still having my school vacation now, no excuses to skip all these "maintenance precautions"! Hahaha... GANBATAE!

Better sleep early and sufficient to reduce the aging process... Hope to sleep well!

Arrgghhhh... I think my previous posts caused a interruption to my blog's layout... I viewed it in Internet Explorer, it looked... distorted. But I tried viewing it in Mozilla Firefox, it is perfectly fine??!!

So I tried to edit my previous posts these three days but Blogger kept showing me the following error:

Menses cramps... Disagreements with GJ... Problematic.

Well, this is life.

1) Went to GJ house to "deliver" mooncake to his family.

2) Had our dinner at Xin Wang HongKong Cafe at Marina Square.

3) Watched EPL soccer at Esplanade's VIA MAR restaurant and wine bar. Quiet Place.

MAN U versus LIVERPOOl. Carlos Tevez scored at first 3 minutes then Man U goal-less since that. Sad, Man U lost at Liverpool homeground... Score: 2-1. Blame it on West Brown's on-goal... >.<

Update of Friday, 12 Sept 2008

GJ and I went to Bugis for dinner, had some tiffs with him over some minor matters... Walked around awhile then I insisted to go home.

Poor him, trying to pacify me throughout the journey in MRT train... I admitted my temper nasty and my anger was like so hard to subsides... Damn PISSED off. After some time, I seemed to cool down abit and we went to Bishan Junction 8 to redeem our Haagen Daz ice-creams and also bought mooncakes to each other's family.

He bought the Marriott Hotel mooncake for my family. As for me, I bought the Silkroad of Amara Group restaurant mooncake for his family. Both snowskin, the one I bought with champagne flavour.

I preferred the Marriott Hotel's packaging (left), so traditional looking~

Shuping, Huifen & me gathered at Waraku Japanese Restaurant (Starhub Center Branch) right after work. It was a simple pre-celebration of Ping's Birthday! ^_^ The service there is excellent.

Huifen and I gave Ping a lucky 4 leaf clover accessory as present with our three names engraved. We enjoyed throughout the dinner keke!

We went to Clarke Quay after the dinner, there having some lantern lights decorations and we took quite a number of photos there! Its very colourful and beautiful~

Last Stop: Walking around and taking pictures for so long, we settled in Coffee Club for drinks and resting our feet.

I designed a simple banner for my blog on Saturday morning, noticed? Just opened my Adobe Photoshop and did a quick one... Now no longer look so "childish" compared to the previous version right?

Quickie (Update):

My laptop recently gave me a headache man... I got 2 windows XP and Vista, Saturday afternoon after designing my blog banner, XP suddenly cannot log in, Vista's internet cannot use... GJ asked his fren EG for help and we went to his house on Saturday night to fix... EG's doggie very hyper active and cute... This obedient doggie likes to paw on GJ whole night, hahaha I guess it like him very much. We left at 3am +...

These two days I been down with fever and sorethroat, had seen company doctor after work on Tuesday. I'm still going to work as usual as luckily no flu *Touchwood* I really HATE to take medical leave, I guess I took alot this year... My immune system is extremely poor... I must really take good care of myself from now onwards!

Hair Woes + Little Updates

Arrggghhh my hair became so wavy and messy, hair colour fading off, last year's rebonding effects wore off... Wondering should I perm or rebond again? Each style seems to have its pros and cons... Also not sure will perm suits me anot? If yes, shall I try the Japanese perm? Huifen said Japanese perm is more natural... (Still thinking, hmm... )

Ate Japanese food quite often lately:

1) With GJ and our friend AC at Suki Sushi in Ang Mo Kio. We ordered alot of sushi, curry and rice, GJ ate the most (as usual hahaha)

2) With Woei Ling and Hui Fang at Shokudo Japanese Pasta & Pizza in Cineleisure after work. Ordered 3 pasta, 1 pizza, 1 mushroom soup, 1 starter (Wafu Shake Hurumaki), 1 mango Kakigori dessrt, 3 Ice Yuzu tea. Three of us ate around $94+ (O.o)

Now at GJ's house slacking again, surfing internet hehe...

Nothing to do, blogging again... GJ laughed at my blog skin layout, thinking that looked too pink and childish -____- Yah yah I know and admitted but I simply like it, I think it's cute... Everyone has a inner child within, as I grow up I am still the same in inner heart. Blogging is not so fun and exciting but to me, it is a form of self-communicating to myself, remembering every little part of my life. It is like a reflection.

Chatted with GJ's dad earlier, we talked about work, values, entreprenuership and life. What he said is always true and realistic. He said: Life is like a ship, whenever the ship sails on the ocean, will it always sail smoothly with ease, always a good weather with no thunder storms? He hopes I and GJ can sometimes discuss with each other about our future plans, our thoughts and how to execute them, have common goals etc... Sometimes what he said will give me some drive, motivation and send me in some deep thoughts. I must say that my future father-in-law is a man who is vey hardworking (even at his age now), know what he wants in life, always planning, very mature in this thinking.

We went to Funan IT mall to redeem the free iPod Shuffle as GJ bought certain insurance plan and entittled this free gift. It is mine now muhahaha... Too bad the store don't have the red colour one left, I prefer a more feminine colour.

Sigh... So I chose the metallic sky blue (No choice) . I'm bidding goodbye to my Creative Zen Mp3 player, transferring ownership to GJ soon.

Shopped around in Bugis and bought a striking pink polo tee for just $20.

On Tuesday (26 Aug 08):

Right after work, I met GJ and his friend EG at Queenstown. They played billlard for a while then GJ and me headed to Queensway shopping centre to buy new sports attire for Wednesday's outing to my boss's condominium for exercise! My "abandoned" sports attire were simply too old... I bought a white & pink Adidas sleeved top and a white Nike shorts which I can also wear for casual occasions as the design is cute with a button as side profile on it sides. Great deals as got 15 to 20% discounts on the items :) We had our dinner at Yishun and took cab home

On Wednesday (27 Aug 08):

Me and my colleagues went to my boss's house after work to use the facilities there to exercise!

We had a nice dinner at my boss's house, she got two very cute, pretty doggies! I love animals! I only managed to keep turtles/tortoises in my house before as my mum don't like animals and want total cleanliness at home... -__-

We went downstairs to the swimming pool and gym after dinner. I went to gym with my colleagues Sue and Daphne. I exercised my legs, pulling weights and did some sit-ups, managed to sweat and flushed out some toxins haha! :D We also went to the sauna and steam rooms... Wow the sauna heat is so hot until my face and ears became extremely red, hard to breathe too haha... I preferred the steam room, it was more relaxing and calming inside there.

Had a enjoyable and relaxing session with boss and colleagues! Went home then MSN with my secondary friends Woei Ling and Hui Fang until 1am+, went to bed...

On Thursday (28 Aug 08):

It was a day of realization for me.

I have some major weaknessess, my lousy interpersonal skills and a "easily tensed" heart. These inner barriers really hinders me greatly in expressing myself and expressing my thoughts. I don't realised that I said things that convey the wrong meanings and which was not of my intention. My only intention is to strike a conversation, to say something to chat...

I just really hope to try to be myself, relax and think before I want to say something. 加油...!

Yesterday - Friday (28 Aug 08):

I felt that the day passed kinda fast... During lunchtime, I bought a mini hello kitty mouse! :) Though I already have two mouses but this one is sooo small, slim and cute! Nice to use too! My colleague also bought a cute Hello Kitty telephone! Met GJ at Toa Payoh for dinner. Don't know what to eat, walked alot of rounds and finally we ended up eating pasta at Pasta Mania. We stayed outside untill 1am+ and I slept at 2am+ ...

Today?

Today is another Saturday, woke up late at 12.39pm+... slept like pig... GJ SMS me "Big Pig" (-__-) --> ('@')

Rotting at home... very lazy today... Eating mum's cooking Curry Fish for dinner then go out... GJ is not very happy, I didn't go to his house to accompany him as he is helping his dad to work again. Now raining so heavily... lazy lazy...

Now watching Channel 8 Fann Wong show and waiting for Channel U korean drama "Couple or Trouble" (aka known as Fantastic/Dream Couple) and writing blog at the same time. Today will be the final episode of the drama so I won't missed it hahaha! I love watching this show, it is very funny, entertaining and yet touching in some scenes...

After on leave for so many days, finally back to work today, last night dreamed too much and didn't sleep much either... body tired tired...

Received a meaningful and motivational quote from a ex-colleague's email. It is in Mandarin/Chinese characters. If got time I will translate into English... It reminds those who surround me: warm loving parents, a guy who always there for me no matter what happens for so many years, my supportive peers. I'm blissful :)

Exams Over & My Saturday

Just back home not long ago, finished cleaning my contact lens and had a relaxing bath...

Phew, my exams for this semester was over on Friday 22 August 2008 -> (Launch date of i-phone) School vacation starts from now until 12 October 2008. During this period, I can temporarily go home to watch TV, relax, meeting GJ or my peers after work.

Morning woke up at 10.15am, with lots of phelgm... (Yucky!) Disgusted and spitted as much as I could in the toilet. Short morning surfing internet and chatted with Shuping in MSN, and yes we discussed about the next group gathering I will be the organiser and coordinator this time round. Will keep you guys updated soon! Went to GJ's house in the afternoon.

I, GJ and his old buddy AC went to Suntec City and Marina Square during evening. We wasted alot of time just to find a dining place as Suntec was unusually, extremely overcrowded on this Saturday compared to usual. Everywhere was packed with many many people, long queues, long waiting time for restaurants & cafes... In the end, we went to foodcourt to eat our dinner, the fastest and the most convenient haha... I finally know why today so crowded. Fireworks Display. We walked past a area and saw a huge crowd admiring the fireworks near the Esplanade area.

After filling our stomachs, we shopped around in MS. In Nike shop, I fancied a Portugal red jersey! I tried it on but to my disappointment I realised the cutting doesn't suits me. I went to BeBe boutique shop and thought of buying a simple Tank top, their various designs costs from $79 to $99. I like the material and it is made in USA, I need to make comparision with other brands such as Mango or etc first before I decide to purchase or not. So may buy in these few days' time. Haha in the end, I only managed to buy a shampoo LOL!

Shops closed, GJ and AC want to play bowling, I didn't play as I broke 3 nails on last week's bowling session and I always spins my ball to the drain and "clean" the drain. No passion for bowling... GJ played quite well, he scored 130 points! I just sat there watching them bowl and playing my PSP.

We managed to catch the last train, GJ and I alighted at Yishun to eat supper before heading home. Mum called to ask me go home earlier as I still not feeling well.

A weekend to unwind, relax and enjoy~

Finally two exam (POM and Statistics) papers were over... Left the last paper Marketing for tomorrow. I'm not sure whether I can pass the Statistics exam anot, some questions really cannot do and I left them blank.

I was surprised and touched to see GJ appeared at my MRT station when he tapped my back while I was reading my notes and on my way to school for exam. He knew I was sick and stressed due to did not manage to study much. He accompanied me to my school and gave me alot of encouragement and told some jokes along the way to make me relax. Really appreciates... Thanks GJ... Always be there for me.

I was too drowsy to study and memorize anything after medication... But during night-time the drowsiness effect is not strong enough and throat was too painful for me to fall asleep. Managed to sleep only 3 hours+ last night @_@ Just been to the doctor for second opinion. Recently slept too little and immune system down tremendously.

Now feel kinda drowsy as eaten flu and sorethroat medicine... Going for a rest now.

A Little Beginning ^_^

Wow... Its 2.45am now...

Hee Hee... I started this blogspot account years back, finally got the "mood" to re-activate it today ~

Well well... from today onwards, I will be able to access my lappy daily to blog, design my webby (abandoned 2 years already... opps...), brush up my Adobe Photoshop skills (damn rusty) as it has been with my boyfriend, GJ, for the last half year to bring to his lectures/lessons. FINALLY BACK TO ME, YEAH!!! :D

After work, we went out with our old friend to Toa Payoh. We ate at Ichiban Sushi (Yummy) and after that played pool for around 2 hours there. Muhaha my skills improved alot but still have sooo many techniques to learn from my "mentors" (GJ & AC) and I managed to "taigo" (means = by luck) win 2 matches :) I really likes to play pool recently as I think its kinda interesting and fun!

Back to reality, exams are around the corner... In fact... ITS JUST TWO DAYS AWAY!!! But I still so slack and have not started my revision... -__-'' Always panic at the last-minute.

Yesterday managed to sleep for 6 hours yipee... Better than the last few days which only 4 hours or less.

Time for my 10 hours sleep quota for weekend. NiteZ! Zzz Zzz
